Havuçlu Yoğurt Carrot Yogurt

Description: Often served in amongst a menagerie of appetizers, this unique carrot yogurt will surprise your taste buds. It’s really tasty spread on toasted bread or crackers.

Ingredients:
½ kg. large carrots
2 Tbsp olive oil
250 gr. Yogurt
2 cloves garlic
salt
paprika

Directions:
Finely grate the carrots, then sauté in olive oil adding salt to taste. Crush the garlic and mix into the yogurt. Add the sautéed carrots. Mix well, sprinkle with paprika and serve.
